We are looking for an experienced sales associate to work 3 – 5 days a week in our Portland, Maine shop. Weekend availability is a must. This is not a seasonal position. Our work, our team & our customers are dynamic & inspiring.

We are looking for:
  • Someone with strong customer service skills, an appreciation for our designers & our point of view. 

  • A capable teammate. Applicant should have the desire to hustle with & learn from our passionate & experienced team. 

  • Applicant should be exceptionally detail oriented, creative & have a positive attitude. 

  • All team members must be eager to master working with clients & teammates on the sales floor, but transition easily to operations tasks in the back of house depending on the day. 

  • 1-2 years retail experience selling women’s clothing and/or accessories is preferred (however, not mandatory in all situations).

  • Team members must be pro-active, highly organized, open to feedback & interested in growing with our growing business.

Day to day responsibilities include but not limited to (every day is different!):
  • keeping sales floor organized, clean & merchandized appropriately

  • communicating with customers via email re: logisitics, as well as virtual styling, online purchase assistance & more

  • assisting with e-commerce operations

  • inventory management 

  • entering purchase orders

  • studying fit & styling of new arrivals in preparation for advising clients on the floor as well as cultivating online customer relations 

  • creating content for social media
