Because our online inventory is pulled from our brick & mortar inventory, it is subject to availability. We do our best to fulfill all online orders, but if an item is out-of-stock we will notify you as soon as possible - no later than 1 business day from submission of order.
We accept all major credit cards. JUDITH uses up-to-date technology to protect your information. We reserve the right to deny any order that may warrant concern or suspicion.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We offer UPS shipping options and insure each package for the total purchase amount. We ship within 1-2 business days.
If you would like your order faster than 3-5 business days, please email or call us with any special requests.
By default, JUDITH web orders always require a signature upon delivery for the safety of your new items. If you do wish to wave a signature, you should do so during the check out. When waiving the signature required, you authorize the mail carrier to leave the package at your shipping address and release JUDITH from all liability of loss or damage to your parcel and we are not liable for any reimbursement cost.
For your convenience, when your item has shipped to you will be emailed a tracking number. Customers are responsible for managing and receiving their shipments. JUDITH is not responsible for packages where delivery has been attempted and the customer does not pick up their package at the post office, UPS store, or schedule re-delivery. In the unfortunate event that your package has become lost or damaged in transit we will do our best to help but ultimately JUDITH is not responsible for loss or damage incurred by the carrier or upon delivery.
Gift cards are a perfect gift. There is no expiration date and they can be applied to all JUDITH purchases. You can purchase cards by contacting us via email or telephone or online here. Gift cards ship for free.
